Seller/Vendor Policy – BesoKart.com

If BesoKart will allow multiple sellers, this policy covers them.

1. Registration

Sellers must provide accurate business details, legal documents, and agree to verification before listing products.

2. Product Listings

Sellers must:

  • Upload accurate product information

  • Provide genuine products

  • Avoid restricted or prohibited items

False listings may result in account suspension.

3. Pricing

Sellers control pricing but must follow market fairness rules. Price manipulation is prohibited.

4. Orders & Shipping

Depending on the model:

  • Sellers may ship items directly (Dropship/Direct Ship)
    or

  • Use BestKart’s warehouse (Fulfilled by BestKart)

Timely shipping is mandatory.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Sellers must handle return requests promptly and comply with return rules.

6. Payments

Seller payouts are processed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis after deducting:

  • Commission

  • Penalties (if any)

  • Return charges

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Selling counterfeit items

  • Manipulating reviews

  • Delayed shipments

  • Misleading product descriptions

Violations may result in penalties or account termination.
